Delivery
Free delivery offer applies to orders over £50.00 (exc VAT) and is valid for UK mainland addresses only, using our standard 2 - 4 working days schedule, faster delivery services are available, please call us 0114 2706700 or email sales@sprayguns.co.uk if you require this service.
We always aim for 100% satisfaction however delivery times can not be guaranteed as we have no control of the couriers delivery schedules. All our deliveries require a signature, if a delivery with no signature is requested then sprayguns.co.uk will not accept responsibility for the goods after dispatch from our warehouse.
Please note orders requesting delivery to an alternative delivery address may be subject to a 24-48 Hour delay to enable further checks. Paypal paid orders can only be delivered to the address listed by Paypal on the payment confirmation.
International Delivery
Various overseas signed for delivery options exist to EU member states and many other world wide locations. if your country is not available please call 0044 114 2706700 or email sales@sprayguns.co.uk for pricing options and delivery schedules..
Collections
We have a busy trade counter open to both trade and public. Goods can be collected, advice offered, questions asked and products viewed Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
Returns
Returns can be made within 14 days with prior authorisation, goods must be unused, in the manufacturers original packaging and in a condition fit for resale. The original shipping costs (including goods shipped free of charge) and/or handling fee may be deducted from any refund due. It is recommended a signed for service is used as sprayguns.co.uk can accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged.during the returns process, proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Returns option applies to deliveries made within the UK. This section applies to consumers only (and not to businesses or other organisations) who order goods.

Warranty
All goods are supplied with a manufacturers twelve month warranty, (or longer in some cases), provided the goods are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. This warranty does not apply to any defect which arises from general wear and tear, losses caused by loss of use of the goods, wilful or accidental damage, or negligence by you or any third party. The cost of returning goods for repair/replacement is the responsibility of the owner, we may request that the item is returned direct to the manufacturer for repair/replacement - if so we will liaise between both parties. If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery they should be signed for as such and you should notify in writing via the e-mail address or fax number shown on the contact page within 48 hours. Your statutory rights are not affected.
